Noyel Tappa currently serving as a program Manager at The Leprosy Mission International-Bangladesh. He is responsible for Conducting and organizing workshop, seminar & training for different stakeholder, Supervise and monitor partners activities, Assist in collecting data & Analysis report , Assist to prepare project budget & budget control for project and Arrange national level advocacy program. He is giving Volunteer supports to ALO Society Since 2013.
He has more than 20 years of experiences with development organizations on project cycle management, coordination specially focused on participatory, SHGs and community with multi-stakeholders partnership in rural and urban areas.
