She is  working for lobby and advocacy, community empowerment for increase accessibility and rights through government line authorities and partnership with NGOs and faith based development organizations. She is the advisory board member of  ALO-Society. 

She has experienced in MSC in Child Development and Family Relations. Have experience as a development professional working for different national and international organizations on project cycle management/coordination, lobby and advocacy, community mobilization, gender, women entrepreneurship development, and community risk assessment with multi-stakeholder partnerships in rural and urban areas. Have proficiency in formal and informal capacity building on programmatic and organization capacity enhancement including training TNA, module preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
